The woman work in the front desk was very rude. I really don't see the purpose of using these apps when they don't do nothing for you. I can book my own dam appt. I thought they was to make it easier. I was robbed at gunpoint and I don't have my wallet or ID on me but I've been verified through this booking app and used it several times I don't understand why it's so hard to verify who I am I can't get a room and I'm literally stuck outside. I just don't see the purpose of this app
